Tom Kuntz · Founder & advisor
For 23 years, founder Thomas “Tom” Kuntz led this company with care, skill and a deep pride in his craft. Through its years as Rail-Tek, he helped build the craftsmanship and personal relationships that remain at the heart of Metal Tek.
Today, Tom remains part of the team, working part time in an advisory capacity. His experience and perspective continue to support the business as Max Vincent leads its day-to-day operations.
We are grateful for the company Tom helped shape and for the knowledge he continues to share. As a family-owned and operated business, we are proud to continue his craft under Max’s leadership, with Tom still contributing to the work ahead.

Our work begins with your plans and continues through field measurement, fabrication, finishing and installation. We coordinate shop drawings when needed and outsourced engineering when the project requires it.
